EOS: Energy of stratum. TOP-QUALITY ESP CABLES

High temperature, high-corrosion esp cables

Our high-performance electric submersible pump (ESP) cables are purpose-built to deliver dependable power to downhole motors operating in extreme oilfield environments. Rated for nominal AC voltages of 4 kV and 5 kV, these cables are engineered to withstand high pumped-liquid temperatures and exposure to aggressive chemical conditions, including elevated levels of acids, alkalis, H₂S, CO₂, and chlorides.

This cable series is ideal for deep, high-temperature wells, enhanced recovery operations, and other critical applications where maximum thermal and chemical resistance is required.

Typical Applications

  • High-temperature production wells
  • Wells with elevated concentrations of corrosive fluids
  • Thermal EOR (enhanced oil recovery) operations
  • Sour gas environments (H₂S- and CO₂-rich)
  • Deep wells with high mechanical demands

Technical Specifications

  • Voltage Ratings: 4 kV and 5 kV (AC)
  • Frequency Range: Up to 70 Hz
  • Temperature Rating: Up to 450°F (232°C) continuous
  • Conductor Options: Solid tinned copper (for enhanced conductivity and corrosion protection)
  • Insulation Material: Ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) – optimized for high thermal endurance
  • Core Sheath: Lead-alloy sheath on each conductor – provides a robust barrier against gas and chemical penetration
  • Bedding Layer: Thread braid and/or tape wrap – cushions the conductors and prevents damage during installation and operation
  • Armor Options: Helically applied galvanized steel
  • Configuration: Flat
  • Compliance: Meets or exceeds API RP 11S5, IEEE 1017, and other oilfield performance standards

Key Features

  • Extreme Temperature Resistance: Rated for continuous operation in high-heat downhole environments
  • Maximum Corrosion Protection: Designed to withstand harsh chemical exposure, including acidic and alkaline fluids
  • Rugged Mechanical Design: Suitable for deep, high-pressure wells with aggressive conditions
  • Customizable: Available in a range of conductor sizes and armor types to suit diverse well profiles

medium-duty ESP CABLES

Our medium-duty electric submersible pump (ESP) cables are specifically designed to deliver reliable electrical power to downhole motors in oil production applications. Rated for nominal voltages of 3.3 kV and 4.0 kV at operating frequencies up to 70 Hz, these cables are ideal for wells with moderate thermal conditions and medium concentrations of corrosive agents such as CO₂, H₂S, and chlorides.

These cables offer a balanced solution for operations that demand durable insulation, chemical resistance, and efficient electrical performance, without the need for heavy-duty construction.

Typical Applications

  • ESP systems in medium-depth wells
  • Wells with moderate fluid temperatures
  • Environments with average corrosive fluid content
  • Onshore and offshore production installations

Technical Specifications

  • Voltage Ratings: 3.3 kV and 4.0 kV (AC)
  • Frequency Range: Up to 70 Hz
  • Temperature Rating: Up to 300°F (150°C) continuous operating temperature
  • Conductor Options: Solid or stranded, tinned copper
  • Insulation Material: Ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) – for excellent thermal and electrical performance
  • Core Sheath (Optional): Lead-alloy sheath for additional chemical protection
  • Bedding Layer: Non-hygroscopic filler, thread braid and/or tape wrap for mechanical integrity
  • Armor Options: Galvanized steel interlocked tape for physical protection and corrosion resistance
  • Configuration: Flat
  • Compliance: Designed to meet or exceed API RP 11S5 and IEEE 1017 standards

Key Features

  • Moderate Thermal Resistance: Suitable for wells with medium pumped-fluid temperatures
  • Chemical Protection: Engineered to perform in environments with moderate corrosive content
  • Flexible Design Options: Available in custom lengths and configurations to meet various well conditions
  • Cost-Effective: Ideal balance between performance, durability, and value
